Youth Sports, Recreation and Arts

Oftentimes, kids and young adults with disabilities don't have the opportunity for exercise, creative expression or social interaction with their peers. UDS, with the help of other community organizations, offers a wide range of activities for youth from ages 5 to 25 with physical and developmental disabilities.

Just for the fun of it
This exciting program is constantly growing and evolving. It's all about getting out and having fun. The smiles on their faces tell it all. Some of the upcoming activities are football, cheerleading, summer day camp, and drama. All of the activities are designed to allow youth with disabilities to fully participate in both team and individual efforts, enabling them to have fun and be winners in the process.

Volunteer Opportunities
If you love seeing smiles on the faces of children and young people, this might be the volunteer opportunity for you. We need folks to help with our activities throughout the year which includes drama and a summer camp. Contact the Program Manager at 717-397-1841.
