Our mission is to provide personal care and support services for people with disabilities and the elderly that enhance their independence and enrich their lives.

VISION

We achieve our vision through the awareness and support of all UDS employees. Our vision entails:

• Fully including people with disabilities into all aspects of life and areas of our society, i.e. employment and accessible housing.
• Supporting the stability of the family unit;
• Valuing social roles for people with disabilities;
• Heightening society's consciousness about the potential that each of its citizens with a disability has to contribute in productive and meaningful ways.
• Empowering people with disabilities to make their own choices and decision and thus control their own lives and take responsibility for their choices.
