Position Summary
We have opportunities for part-time employment in Lancaster, Lebanon, Counties. A qualified attendant under the direction of the consumer provides a wide variety of services based on the needs and expressed desire of the consumer. The attendant provides, according to the Service Plan, basic services such as transfers, health maintenance activities, bathing and personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, and eating including meal preparation and clean-up. In addition, the attendant may provide services such as transportation, and assistance with cognitive tasks as directed by the consumer.
Qualifications
All applicants hired to be a PCA must possess a high school diploma or GED and 3 months experience working with individual(s) with disabilities.

Staffing Supervisor
Hours/Schedule
FT - 80 hours per pay
Usual business hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday; however, flexibility in schedule is required to accommodate department/program needs.
Position Summary
Under supervision of the Director of Staffing and in coordination with consumers the Staffing Supervisor will be responsible for arranging homecare services in accordance with the consumer's Individual Service Plan. Primary job duties include scheduling, training and the supervision of Personal Care Attendants.
Qualifications
College degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required. Minimum of one year of professional experience in staffing or scheduling required. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Effective organization skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task. Good computer skills including word processing and database applications. Must be able to accommodate frequent travel to remote locations which may not be located near public transportation. On-call rotation required.

Customer Care Representative

Position Summary
Functions as the UDS Resource Center Customer Care Representative by handling and triaging all income calls to the Resource Center and providing support to the Resource Center Care Manager as requested. Facilitates effective communication within UDS and the community. Helps to connect Care Manager with appropriate UDS staff and departments. Educates UDS Departments on Resource Center activities and plans. Conducts follow up phone campaigns to individuals identified through market studies and campaigns.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Associates Degree or college courses in related field preferred. Five or more years in healthcare related customer service. One year experience with multiple line phone system and CRM software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent phone skills with a strong command of the English language. Ability to show empathy and compassion. Excellent letter composition and grammar skills. Effective organization skills. Must be detail oriented, accurate, and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good computer skills including CRM, database applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits Specialist - Human Resources

Position Summary
This position works under the guidance of the Benefits and Risk Manager. The Benefits Specialist is responsible to provide benefits education and coordination for employees, function as the liason with vendors and service providers, provide training/facilitation as the expert on subject matter, develops and maintains the HR portion of the intranet, works with HRIS vendor to maintain/enhance the UDS HRIS system as necessary and provide administrative assistance and project support to the Benefits and Risk Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Provides Orientation Programs to Employee for Eligible Benefits
2. Councels and Advises employees on their Benefits i.e. FMLA, ADA, workers compensation, COBRA etc.
3. Manages Employee Benefit Enrollments, Terminations and Changes
4. Assists in Benefits Administration and Maintains Employee Benefit Records
5. Administers Family Medical, Short Term Disability and Workers' Compensation leave benefits
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
