The UDS Direct Service Corporation

The Direct Services Corporation was incorporated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to advance the independence of the elderly and people with disabilities by providing long term in-home care and out-of-home locally based programs and services and to provide support through gifts, grants and contributions of money and property to UDS Foundation and related entities.
